Text review procedure

PROCEDURE FOR REVIEWING SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES:

1. reviewers from outside the scientific unit where the author of the publication is affiliated are appointed to evaluate each publication.
2. Reviews are anonymous on both sides (double-blind review process).
3. The written review shall contain an unambiguous conclusion of the reviewer on the conditions for acceptance of the scientific article for publication or its rejection
4. The reviewed scientific article shall be evaluated on the basis of :

• • substantive value;
  • compliance with the scientific profile and publishing rules of the journal;
  • linguistic and stylistic correctness.
