Przegląd Historyczny

Przegląd Historyczny (Historical Review) is a joint journal of the Friends of History Society and the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw.

The publisher of the journal is University of Warsaw Press.

Przegląd Historyczny is a quarterly publishing papers, review articles and reviews, as well as primary sources, research overviews, discussions and polemics on topics of particular importance to Polish and world historiography.

All articles published in the journal undergo a double-blind peer review procedure. Authors do not incur any costs for their submissions, review procedure or publication.

Przegląd Historyczny is published in both paper and digital format. The digital edition is the
primary version of the journal.

All volumes of Przegląd Historyczny are available online (open access). Volumes I (1905) to
CII (2011) have been made available by the Polish History Museum in the BazHum
bibliographic database of humanities and social science journals. Volumes from 2012
onward can be found on our website in the “Issues” section.

Przegląd Historyczny is listed in the ERIH PLUS database.
